Things to Note:
- Reservations must be made no later than 14 days before your desired check-in date.
- A $1000 downpayment + $50 administrative fee are due at the time of reservation. Full payment is required no later than 14 days before your check-in date; reservations not paid in full by that time will be cancelled.
- All payment must be made by credit card. We cannot bill through student accounts/student financial aid.
- All space is available "first come, first serve." We cannot hold rooms without deposit and/or past final payment due dates.
Drug, Smoke & Alcohol Policy

All residence halls are smoke, drug and alcohol free. This includes:
- Traditional tobacco products, vape devices and marijuana.
- Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia
- Possession and consumption of alcohol in the residence hall, even if over the age of 21 years.
